Brad Nevil and TOP FUN RANCH hosted Anchor Church for three of our pre-launch events. Their level of excellence and fun are so appealing to our team and our guests. We love the first class hospitality and atmosphere. Their attention to detail is clearly seen throughout the property.
We’ve been able to use The Venue to host a Worship Service and a Leadership Roundtable. We also used the lake and hangar for a Family Fun Night. All of our youth and kids demand that we do more events at Top Fun. The Top Fun Hangar adequately hosted over 150 people for our Launch Party.
We love partnering with Brad Nevil. His property and facility will be discovered by many and seen to be among the best in North Texas.

I am writing a letter of recommendation for the “Top Fun Ranch.” For the past three years we have held our annual fund raiser at this facility. We host a clay shoot each year to raise funds for a ministry called Young Life. This year, Top Fun Ranch pulled out all the stops. They purchased 7 new throwers for our event which enabled us to have 13 stations. We hosted 105 shooters and had 15 of our own staff. The meeting space, the hanger, was a great addition to the facility and allowed us to have a climate controlled space to serve foot and host the event.
These facilities are top notch and second to none. The Top Fun Staff was accommodating and worked with us the entire time to make our event first class. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an experience like this for their company or organization.

My church (First Baptist Church of Anna) has used Top Fun for two different occasions: a staff and family night and a thank you to the volunteers within the church. Brad Nevil's Top Fun Ranch is an ideal Hangar for any group that is looking for state of the art in entertaining and functions. I can testify to that. Brad hosted a skeet shoot fundraiser for me and it was a huge success. The participants had a great time competing, getting to know each other, and it was a great set up for them to hear about our cause.
We had great BBQ and lots of fun. Brad and his family has a great big heart for people and the community, and it showed in their hospitality. I have seen the upgrades Brad has made to the ranch and Iook forward to be part of his endeavor in the future.
